Soon after Honda Motor Company was founded in 1946, the company released its first major creation: a 98 cc two-stroke motorcycle called "Dream." It set the tone for the direction that Honda would take. Since then, it has operated on a corporate philosophy of the Power of Dreams.

Over the years, the dream has evolved. By the 1970's, Honda became the first Japanese car maker to apply American standards of performance, fuel efficiency, and, most importantly, environment friendliness.

Here, we at Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. have always been active advocates for the environment for the past 20 years. Our green operations include a wastewater treatment facility, introducing the Universal Carbonizer and tree-planting projects among others.
