Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering or Automotive Technology or related courses.
• Preferably have experience in automotive servicing.
• Knowledgeable in Car Preventive Maintenance, General Repairs, and Car Diagnosis.
• Dedicated to being customer focused and providing excellent customer service.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and has good verbal and nonverbal communication skills required for effectively advising customers on service needs.
• Can work effectively under pressure and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.
• Must be knowledgeable to drive a 4-wheel vehicle with a valid Driver’s license.

Responsible for receiving customers, conducting cost estimation and job order creation. Provides customer with updates, explanation and complaints resolution. The job holder is expected to meet monthly aftersales targets and uphold the dealership’s standards of excellent customer service.
