1. About Japan Mobility Show 2025
Honda has always put its heart and soul into realizing its own dreams. This year, Honda is exhibiting a wide variety of mobility products and technologies for land, sea, skies, and outer space. Visitors are encouraged to ride and touch these items to feel the excitement of Honda’s vision for the future.
2. Next-generation EVs for the electrified era
Honda aims to achieve carbon neutrality for all products and corporate activities by 2050. Despite uncertainty in the electrification market, Honda believes the long-term shift toward EVs will continue. Therefore, Honda is steadily preparing to deliver attractive EV models for the upcoming era.
■ Honda 0 Series — next-generation EVs
The Honda 0 Series represents the next generation of EVs developed from “zero,” returning to Honda’s roots as an automaker. Using the “Thin, Light, and Wise.” concept, Honda 0 Series EVs redefine value with lighter, smarter, and more efficient designs.
The Honda 0 Saloon prototype features a low-floor EV platform with sporty styling and a spacious cabin beyond expectations.
The Honda 0 SUV, a mid-size model scheduled for market launch, offers an open and flexible interior with excellent visibility, embodying the “Thin, Light, and Wise.” approach.

Honda presents the world premiere of the Honda 0 α (alpha), a new SUV model blending sleek design with dynamic proportions. The vehicle harmonizes with both urban and natural environments, enhancing everyday life.
By adopting the “Thin” design philosophy, the 0 α achieves a low height without sacrificing ground clearance, providing a thin yet spacious cabin.
Global sales of the Honda 0 α are planned to begin in 2027, primarily in Japan and India. This “gateway model” will expand access to the Honda 0 Series worldwide.
In Japan, three Honda 0 Series models — Honda 0 Saloon, Honda 0 SUV, and Honda 0 α — will go on sale before the end of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2028.
