Honda Cars Philippines Welcomes the Start of Transformation at the 10th PIMS
Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) officially opened their exhibit at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) at the World Trade Center Metro Manila in Pasay City, reaffirming their deep commitment to the Filipino market. Aligned with this year's PIMS theme, ‘Forward in Every Drive’, the brand aims to demonstrate its motivation to move customers forward through a new era of transformation and sustainable mobility.
A New Identity Rooted in 'Omotenashi'
Marking a historic milestone, HCPI unveiled its new brand logo in the Philippines. Designed to resemble two outstretched hands, the new emblem represents the automobile brand's readiness to welcome the continuous evolution of mobility and adapt to a changing market. The new look will roll out across dealerships nationwide and will be adapted to all future brand activations starting this year.
The visual transformation signifies Honda’s deep commitment to Omotenashi—the Japanese philosophy of undivided hospitality and service. Honda aims to refine every customer touchpoint, from digital browsing to dealer showroom visits and long-term maintenance, ensuring a seamless, simple, and enjoyable experience.
Electrification in the Philippines
As part of its global goal to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, HCPI highlighted its advanced e:HEV full hybrid technology that redefines the everyday drive. With the e:HEV, Filipinos have the freedom to go further on less fuel, while continuously experiencing the true soul of a Honda that is known for delivering a thrilling, sporty, and fun-to-drive experience that empowers enjoyment and longer adventures.
The lineup is headlined by the Honda Prelude, serving as the halo model for Honda's hybrid vehicles and a bridge to its electrified future. Engineered to deliver a driving experience that feels like a seamless glide, the Honda Prelude’s S+ Shift bridges the gap between performance and perception, linking actual driving force to the engine’s acoustic feedback. This feature stimulates the driver’s sight and hearing by blending an intuitive tachometer display with advanced Active Sound Control during every acceleration and deceleration. The Honda Prelude is so light and comfortable that will make one want to keep on driving as it gives an exhilarating rush every time one gets behind the wheel.
With the exact same balance of efficiency and excitement as the sophisticated hybrid coupe, Honda also showcased its established e:HEV models.
Regarded as the evolution of an icon, the Honda Civic RS e:HEV is celebrated for delivering unmatched sporty performance. It drives like a dream while prioritizing sustainability, making it the perfect vehicle for drivers who demand excitement and responsibility.
For those balancing a dynamic routine, the Honda HR-V RS e:HEV is a sleek, sub-compact SUV perfectly designed to keep up with an active, modern lifestyle. It seamlessly blends daily utility with premium convenience features.
On the compact SUV segment, the New Honda CR-V RS e:HEV AWD masterfully balances high-efficiency daily commuting with rugged outdoor capability. Powered by an advanced e:HEV hybrid powertrain, it delivers exceptional fuel economy to slash weekday driving costs during urban routines. When the weekend calls for adventure, its intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system confidently conquers tough terrains and unpredictable weather, making the journey even more exciting.
Honda continues to expand its model line-up through the introduction of new electric two-wheeled vehicles.
Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) previewed the Fixed-Battery Electric Two-Wheeled Personal Commuter, the Honda UC3, to embody Honda’s new global brand promise for its electric motorcycle business, “Expected life. Unexpected discoveries.” This will be available this coming July 2026.
On the other hand, a recent new addition to HPI’s lineup is the Honda WN7, a bike built for efficiency, sustainability and responsive city riding, which will start sales by September 2026.
Celebrating 30 Years of the Honda City
To honor a long-standing Filipino favorite, the Honda exhibit features an accessorized City S CVT 30th Anniversary Pearl Edition equipped with Berlina Black accessories including a side under spoiler, trunk spoiler, door visor, and front/rear under spoilers.
This complimentary bundle includes free installation and painting for the City S, V, and 30th Anniversary Pearl Edition variants, giving customer savings of as much as PHP57,500. HCPI is accepting limited-quantity pre-orders exclusively at the 10th PIMS and at dealerships nationwide from June 4 to 7, 2026, with customer deliveries scheduled to begin in July 2026.
HCPI invites all motoring enthusiasts, booth visitors, and prospective buyers to view the vehicle display, engage and participate in the daily programs and games, and register for test drives at Honda’s 10th PIMS exhibit.
