Honda To Launch Virtual Dealership Transaction: VIRTUAL@Honda


Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) Honda’s automobile business unit in the Philippines, is pleased to share in advance, information on its upcoming Virtual Dealership Online Transaction facility to be called as ‘VIRTUAL@Honda’, specially tailored for HCPI’s sales and after-sales services.

As part of Honda’s continuous efforts in creating a better and safer customer journey with the onset of the new normal brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, the brand is launching its VIRTUAL@Honda, which aims to provide a contactless process of car purchase, car maintenance, and repairs.

With this new online feature to be available on August 2020, customers will be able to perform the following features of the VIRTUAL@Honda right at the safety and comfort of their homes:

If a more detailed transaction is needed, customers also have the option to speak with dealership personnel through virtual communication.
